The packaging is adequate comes in a small palstic bag with the bottle inside, did smell like it spilled when the package was opened. Definitely needs better packaging as the spilling can be avoided.Smells like citrus, quite pleasant not going to lie. Its quite strong considering the small spill soaking up the whole bag smells even after hours. This definitely will last long in the same spot sprayed to.Due to Scotland having so many spiders its good to find a repellent at least sadly not a killer, but its better than nothing, hopefully will keep the bigger ones as well as the small ones out.

Wow this is a very strong concentrated insect repellent oil.It smells very strongly even in its bottle with the lid tightly closed and in a zip-lock bag.It definitely is deterring the tiny fruit flys that I seem to have in my utility room. The numbers have reduced to zero!I just used one drop from the dropper on a cotton wool ball on a plastic bottle top.The smell isn’t unpleasant but it could be a little overwhelming. It’s like a citronella type of smell.Hopefully in the warm weather it will deter larger flies and wasps.Definitely good value as a very tiny amount is all you need.

I put some undiluted repellent on cotton wool and placed it in a corner of the bathroom where spiders gather. After a few days, no new spiders have appeared. Of course, it is impossible to prove a negative so I can’t be sure that the concentrate is responsible but so far, so good. It does have a strong odour which I wasn’t sure was totally pleasant but if I had diluted it, presumably the odour would have been less. Worth trying this and at £9.99 for the concentrate, it is good value for money.
