lizzy123: 5.0 out of 5 stars These mouse traps do work
The media could not be loaded. The spring mechanism on these mouse traps are really good as I tested this out by touching the trigger plate and it was a quick and precise snap so I knew these were going to be good. These mouse traps were very easy to set up I just added some of my parrots small seeds into the bait cup pulled back the rear bar locked it and placed it flat on the floor at night and although it take a few nights for the mouses to take the bait it did finally manage to trap a mouse so I can now honestly say that these traps do work.
DRJW DRJW : 5.0 out of 5 stars They Work Well
The media could not be loaded. I have owned the old style wooden mouse traps before. They were always fiddly, and you felt you were gambling with your fingers when setting the trap up, as the pin and loop were within the 'kill-zone'.These new mouse traps are precision engineered, and consistently arm themselves with a click when pushing down the silver bar. If you keep your fingers at the silver bar and away from the kill bar, you should not be injured. In general, I prefer to use live traps, and release the mice a few hundred metres away in the fields, but in this weather, they are getting caught in the traps, but still dying of the cold. It was better that they are dispatched quickly rather than slowly.Loaded with peanut butter, these traps are working well, with every trap full in the morning. Looking at the results, death would appear to be instantaneous. I have photos, but I suspect they are too graphic to be posted. Hopefully only another couple of days, and the colony will be gone.

Steve Bowden: 5.0 out of 5 stars Very strong and easier to latch than the wooden ones
First things first - mind your fingers as these traps are seriously strong. That said, they are very easy to latch using both thumbs and easy to move them into place once set. What you must do first of all is to add the bait. DO NOT add the bait once the trap is set as the pressure plate is extremely sensitive.I am definitely throwing all my wooden traps away - being plastic, these are also much easier to clean.5 stars from me but zero stars from the mice ;)
Mr. A. Coates: 5.0 out of 5 stars No more pranged fingers!
I was tempted to post a picture with this review...but decided it wasn't appropriate. Delivered at around noon. Set up in my storage room at the workshop by mid afternoon. Morning after, yesterday, all four had done their job. Gruesome but really, I've tried EVERYTHING else. The advantage of these are the fact that they are so easy to set up - without snapping your fingers - and they're washable.
Morph: 5.0 out of 5 stars Kills outright, no prolonged suffering. Easy to set and to wash.
Our garden backs on to fields plus there is a half-demolished property near by that is attracting mice. One of our neighbours has a huge mouse problem and we wanted to make sure we don’t. Mice can cause an amazing amount of damage. I love rodents but cannot deal with the damage they do so I wanted to put out the most effective traps and ones that didn’t cause suffering. I haven’t had much success with the live traps in the past, so these snap traps are the best option. They kill instantly, no horrendous pain from poison and no suffering while stuck in glue. They are easy to set, we use a little peanut butter in ours and you know when they go off because you hear them. We always check the traps morning and night. These are much easier to clean than the wooden ones are, and they are very robust with a powerful snap. The yellow indicator to show they are set is a great addition.
