Shaunie Shaunie : 5.0 out of 5 stars Great product
I live in a cottage surrounded by farmland and at certain times of the year rats are driven away from the farms and come into my garden to look for new homes, and of course, mice come in to find a warm place. I purchased the peppermint essential oil because it has natural oils rather than poisonous substances. Fill a spray bottle with fresh water, shake the bottle, and add 2-3 drops of the essential oil per 100ml, and spray on windows, walkways, skirting boards, and other places where pests may enter or add 2-3 drops of oil to a cotton ball and place it in areas that attract insects. Reapply every few days to maintain effectiveness.

Amazon Customer: 5.0 out of 5 stars Really reduced the moths and flies
Nice subtle fragrance, not too overpowering. Ordered to help reduce the fruit flies and moths that we have been bombarded with this year, I really think it has helped

Works well, prevented mice getting in hay shed. Good value for something that works.

Kellys Gardening: 5.0 out of 5 stars Smells great, much better than rodents
I previously had an issue with rodents trying to move into the polytunnel in the autumn when it provides much ore warmth than the outdoor. The have proven anuisance, eating the produce and urinating on plant pots and just about everything else. The smell of them had become unbearable and I thought I would have buy rodent bait as have done in previous years.I saw this product and thought why not give it a shot and save having to kill andthing and deal with the smell and mess of that also.I have found the smell of this product to be most pleasing. It is very strong however and the smell does escape the bottle when I had it stored at home it would lend a minty fresh aroma to the room. I keep it stored in the tool shed now and it has the same effect. Not overpowering but much nicer and the faint scent of rodent urine that is for certain.I have used this by pouring some into a designated water spray bottle that I now only use for this mix. I have been generous with amounts but not much is really needed. I spray it round the edges of the polytunnel ourside and inside and in any areas where I beleive the rodents to be of nuisence. It has proved highly effective and this year the rodent population has been a lot less and the tunnel smells a lot nicer too. It is good to be able to provide a solution for this pest problem that is humane and also smells good.
